When one expects food

I called deboniars comaro at about 20h03 (which is the usual branch we have used previously as we we already on the system) to order pizza for my children presuming it will arrive in abt 30min as my order was taken only to get called about 25min later telling us to phone the mondeor branch! When the lady was asked why this was not told to us when we called in or sooner she simply replied "I forgot"! Which is honestly unacceptable - try explaining that to 2 hungry 5 and 9 year old boys. I'm disappointed in the poor service received! Maybe if comaro compromised and delivered the pizzas as it was comaro's negligence this report would be completley different
