To whom it may concern,
I have been a client of yours for quite some time, never have i been this frustrated due to bad service! Normally i do not use the drive through as your personnel is fantastic and there customer service is excellent! But tonight i was very disappointed, i was in line for a normal drink in the drive through, been in line for 6min before paying, then 12min before i could have collected my drink. No apologies nor board signs were lodged outside your branch to say that there might be delays due to lack of staff, which is not the customers problem. Please see to that this does not happen again, as the drive through should be efficient and very user friendly and QUICK!!!
