At about 1PM on 9 May 2013, I purchased a Colonel burger meal from the Drive Through at the Fourways Crossing branch. After consuming most of my Coke, I opened the lid to see if there was ice in the drink (I did not specify that I did not want ice), and to my horror, I found ants floating in the drink, and stuck to the side of the cup.
This makes me question the hygiene conditions in that store that could allow ants into the beverages, and who-know-what else into the food.
I've also previously experienced very slow service from this branch (half-an-hour in a drive-through!)
These combined experiences have put me off KFC completely forever.
