Myself, My wife and friends of ours decided that we were going to get some subs at Debonair's, we placed our orders(#526761???) and we were told by Sibongile that our orders would take 20 minutes so we decided to take a walk, upon returning 20 minutes later we were told that our order is still not ready and they have not yet started on it, we took a walk again and returned again 20 minutes later, yet we received the same story, i then asked Sibongile if they do not prepare for the month end rush, were she said to me that they were short staff, although it did not seem like it, about a minute later the apparent owner Nicolene appears and tells us that they have a problem with the oven and says to us, " All i can say to you is Sorry".
Now i am a bit confused because i get told by one person that they are short staff and the other person tells me they have a problem with the equipment.
At this point 45 minutes after we placed our orders they were still not ready, we kept being told that it is in the oven. a Full hour later we finally receive our orders and we got a free 500ml Coca Cola for the fact that we had to wait, on a near R300 Order? O yes and the subs were still raw. Poo
