On 6 January 2014 at exactly 14:06 I went to check out a new Caminettos Pizza Restaurant that is closer to my office. I got served by a very helpful lady and she told me that the pizza would be ready within 10 to 15 minutes. When i checked why the delay was long the lady asked if the pizza could be delivered to me as it was still in the oven. I refused to do that because I had already waited for more than 10 minutes. Initial y, when I asked for a delivery she warned me that it would take long because there was other orders before my mine. she told me that not noticing the time delay I waited until 14:40. A normal Debonair's pizza takes between 8 to 12 min to prepare. What is with this pizza that takes 35 minutes to prepare. To top it all, the Manager did not even bother to explain why there was a delay. He wanted me to take my pizza and go. I refused to take the pizza and demanded my refund. Eventually after a tussle of words I got my refund but nobody can pay me for the time i wasted there and the inconvenience of looking for another place to buy a desired meal. I'm so disappointed.
