Bad service and dry food

I am a regular customer at John Dory's i was 1-2 times a month at this branch.
in the last month the Sushi was dry and service poor had to wait a long time for service on a busy night for half price of sushi. Only to find out this week from the staff members there is a new owner.

That's sad to drop the service and quality. I will not be visiting them soon...
