On Monday 28th October my 65 year old mother went for lunch with my niece at Spur. At her arrival she received two menus. She then waited for 30 minutes to be served and when nobody came to serve she decided to leave. When she was at the door and leaving, one of the waitresses asked her if she was served, but my mother kept quiet snd left the Restuarant. This is appalling service. I would like whomever is responsible for this to be dealt with accordingly. I write this complaint on the behalf of my mother who is reserved and was taken advantage of and not served. Thank you.
