Today my wife, two year old i went to the airport to see my mother in-law off, as she is flying to Italy for a month. We went to Spur for lunch as she would not need to board for another two hours. We sat down and ordered, and after about 30 minutes started asking around as we were starting to get quite hungry. After waiting for about a hour i called the manager and he sent over the floor manager, who then wanted me to re order as they could not seem to find my order on the line (which would mean that they did not even put a order through at all). I was not willing to re order as i needed to leave shortly. Then as i was leaving, (cause i mean come on iv already been sitting a hour watching everyone around me eat and drink) the manager follows me to the door and asks me not to write to HelloPeter as i express to him that i would be writing to you guys regarding the horrible service i received. What a family restaurant, letting a two year old walk out of their store without even suggesting anything!
