Not the first time but definitely the last

This is the 4th time we have purchased take away from this store and the 3rd time we have had issues with our food. On 2 previous occasions we received incomplete orders but since we found the food missing once we got home and kids were about to eat we left the issue. Tonight we again went to KFC but made sure we checked the full order was there before leaving the store. Firstly, we ordered mash and gravy to be told the store has no gravy? Really? On such a key item? Anyway, got home and unpacked the food, the large pops didn't have the sprinkles they supposed to come with, the large coleslaw with expiry date 21/03 is off and inedible, the street wise meal we bought, the chicken smells like its been stored in the toilet. No one wants to eat the chicken due to the smell! I phoned the store and tried to speak to the manageress, who could not understand enough of my English to be able to rectify the problem. Her supervisor was no better. I phoned the toll free line and after listening to horrendous elevator music for 35min eventually hung up.
