Hi, yesterday I had the worst experince at McDonalds Bruma, where the person taking my order was rude and arrogant. After literally screaming at her, I walked out; needless to say that rude people like her should'nt be exposed to people contributing to her salary. I changed my mind to go opposite to the chicken licken and not only was the person taking my order helpful, she was able to greet and be appreciative of taking our order. Hands up to her; it's people like her who should teach the staff opposite how to handle customers
