Almost driving a 1000 kilometers through Mozambique and the first franchise entering South Africa the service turns out sour. A week back a burger meal combo with Coke was served in Pongola however when requesting the same value meal in Malelane the combo is not available. Now you have to select each item from the Menu seperatelly costing you more and they know that you are eager to pay to enjoy South African food. I should have driven 500 meters further and stopped at STEERS but next time round I know what to do. There is a part in the Customer Service Environment called "Walking the Extra Mile" and you can hear and see on his face that this in not familiar to the waiter. It is not as if you have 100 plus customers requesting this or that but I had expectations the moment I walked into your door. You made my arrival a disaster and good luck for those making the mistake to stop there! The locals obviously know the set-up better than me but believe you me, you only caught me once in your poor franchise!
