Quality of food

This branch used to serve really great food - yesterday we bought from them and found the chicken extremely fatty and oily and not at all pleasant - what has happened?? The lettuce on the chicken burger was also limp looked like last weeks stock. Please do something or we will take our patronage elsewhere.
