Constant Wrong orders

I don't know if its just me or if its just this specific KFC but 8 out of ten times they get my order wrong.

I have had enough after these two very dry wraps i had to struggle to swallow today.

My usual order is:
1. A sweet chili wrap
2. No garnish
& then i specifically tell them in these words, "no garnish, so i just want the 2 sauces and the chicken strips".

It is "very seldom" that i get both sauces on my wrap, i usually get the sweet chili sauce and no white sauce which is ok, today i had two wraps with just the white sauce, there was probably two table spoons of white sauce in each wrap. it was soooo dry.

I usually go back to have them make me a new one but today i cold return due to circumstances.

These where disgusting and there's a gap in communication or something.
