Mananger at news cafe from maponya, i do not know how he became a mananger he has no sense of customer service in him, he needs to be taught how to treat customers. went there with my friend on thursday the 6th of june, we ordered food and drinks and unfortunately the drink my friend ordered made her nauseau and did not taste good at ALL.i then i advised the waiteress, then asked her to make another drink for my friend, then we asked if they can give us the container so that we can take the drink home since we had paid for it, the waiter said he will ask the mananger.and the response was the mananger was eating at the time and that we did not have a problem with since all humans must eat after finishing in about 15 minutes of waiting he came with his grumpy face and with no MANNER OF APPROACH .We asked him politely that we need to make a take away and he REFUSED he even said how special are we to all the customers that were there .he made us feel small and he ruined our entire evening we just stood there watching as he turned back doing a cat walk for us and our money went down the drain.we literally paid for something we didnt even drink
