I used to order from scooters quite regularly in the past (once a week). They would take the order down without telling me that they had no stock of ingredients, but they still made me pay the full price. The first time I let it go but when I ordered the following time and they informed me that they still had no stock of some ingredients, I asked whether I would be getting a discount for the lack of ingredients. I was told that it is against their policy to do so. Also, during smoke breaks, they refuse to answer the phone (as happened again today).
Very bad service!
