I understand that people make mistakes, but my husband & I have had problems the last 3 times we've ordered pizza from Scooters in Gordon's Bay (we don't order often, only about once every second month).
The 1st problem was about 6 months ago when they charged us for double cheese without supplying extra cheese. The 2nd time they got our order completely wrong and I ended up giving my pizza to my husband because I wasn't up to picking all the ingredients off that I don't like. And the 3rd time they charged us, AGAIN, for cheese we didn't get.
The pizzas were delivered the first 2 times, so we could only inform the manager of the mistakes over the phone, but apparently it fell on deaf ears, which is why I didn't even bother wasting my breath a 3rd time. Guess it's my own fault for being stupid enough to order there for a 3rd time and not check my order before getting home!
The simplest solution is to never order from them again, and to tell other people not to either because you have no idea what you're going to get, or whether you'll be overcharged or not.
