This is now my THIRD incident with Debonairs-Sandton City. This weeks episode with Debonairs is EPIC!!! I placed and order at 11h30am, our offices are in the Office Towers. 45 mins later, no courtesy call, so I decide to walk down to Debonairs by then it is now peak lunch time in the mall. There is only ONE cashier in the front, 2 kitchen staff and the supervisor/manager the que has almost 10 people waiting. I see the supervisor/manger standing and FOLDING boxes, I had to walk into the kitchen and ask if she can help because the line was long and i placed an order which was never delivered. Her reply was "There is someone there" I then asked her if she wanted to help me or not. Long story short her explanation was they are short staffed, the delivery guy was not back yet, her vocab skills and apology was PATHETIC we went back and forth for about 15 minutes. As the supervisor/manager are you seriously going to be folding boxes when its peak lunch hours and there is a long que??? As for the pizza where is the cheese??? Very disappointed in this service, I will NEVER be ordering from Debonairs Sandton City again.
