Hi, I'm from Shallcross in Durban and I have just had the most devastating service experience from the Durban Chatsworth store. I received my delivery with the *Quality Promise Dot - being BLACK and was told by the driver that he was not accountable for it and he had said that the quality promise dot is just a gimmick and that he even took out a warm plate from the delivery bag to prove to me that the quality promise is a gimmick. He refused to leave without full payment, Nathan the store manager then made me speak to the driver over the phone and sad to say I was spoken to with a lot of arrogance and lack of manners by the driver in the presences of Nathan the store manager. I would like to know if the quality promise is really just a gimmick strategy because I paid full price for cold pizzas and was treated with extreme disrespect.
