My mate and I were on our way out when we decided to pick up something to eat 1st. We popped in at Chickin Tyme as none of us have ever been there before.
While we were ordering the staff packed up all the tables and chairs in such a way we could not even sit down inside. We stood while waiting for our order. They even went as far as to put the lights off where we were standing inside.
I lost my temper and walked across the shop to put the lights on as I felt so uncomfortable sitting in the dark, the staff practically did everything but physically kick us out to get us out of there. We finally got our order and sat in-front of Steers eating it.
What drove me to the point of actually going onto HelloPeter for this complaint is that as I was walking out Rachael (the attendant behind the counter that served me) had the audacity to sarcastically shout at me to "put the lights back off". I could not believe her rudeness!
Eating my 2 burgers with buns so stale they literally fell/crumbled apart as you were eating them was also just another reason to never go back.
Well done on losing 2 first time customers.
