Poor Customer Service

My husband & I went to Burger King & we were told to wait in a queue as the outlet had reached it's full capacity but while standing in the queue the security allowed a number of patrons to pass through and when we questioned this the security responded by saying he did not see this and only then allowed us through... there is absolutely no order inside the outlet & anyone can just move to the front of the line to place their orders, this done... we waited and waited for nearly 45mins only to find out there had been a mixed up with our order but that it would soon be sorted... totally unacceptable... our meal arrived 15mins later and the upside to this whole scenario was that the food was awesome... worth the time spent waiting, I think not... just glad we didn't have our 15 mnths old daughter with us
