Bad Service - no care attitude

My partner and I went to the Wimpy at Woodmead retail park on Saturday 28 September 2013. We usually have great service, but today was a shocker and makes us wonder if we should ever go back! We arrived at 11am and the waitress took our order and we received our drinks about 5min later... 20 minutes later (at 11:25) we had still not received our food, nor had any feedback from anyone. My partner eventually asked where our breakfasts were at 11:25 - the waitress went and said she would get it now... then a manager came and said there is a delay in the kitchen due to a big order and they were bust with our order now. (1) why not tell your clients upfront of a potential delay (2) if the restaurant is so bust perhaps get more kitchen staff or a bigger kitchen - we threw our toys and said that if we did not have our food at 11:30 we would leave... miraculously the food arrived shortly after this... my partner's food was OK, mine was OK too except that I ordered medium eggs and 1 was well done and the other soft (probably easy over) - if you cannot cook eggs to order then do not ask how you want them done! "Enjoy Every Moment" is your slogan... well we did not enjoy this moment at all!
