It was my mother's birthday and we had booked a table at Georgiou grill and Bistro for their breakfast buffet. The day before we were meant to go, we went there to look at the table we had booked. The next day, we arrived 15minutes early for our reservation. On arrival, nobody bothered opening the door for us and nobody greeted us at the door. We stood around for about 5minutes until I actually had to call someone to help us. I told them we had made a booking and I received a blank stare. Nobody knew what I was talking about. Nobody was aware of the booking even though we had confirmed it, not once, but TWICE.They made all 15 of us stand around for about 15minutes without a care in the world. My stepfather actually had to tell them to sort it out NOW before they did anything. It was the worst dining experience I have EVER had in my life and I will never in my life go back there again. Incompetent staff, pathetic service, very unwelcoming and just overall disgusting. Do yourself a favour Georgiou and shut this farce of a restaurant down.
