What a disappointing visit to Wimpy yesterday - 25/09/2013. I have never tasted such a bad toasted sandwhich - the bread was dry and tasted old, the onion rings were burnt and the chips were very undercooked. But the treatment received by the manager Shaun was the worst. When we complained his comments were to put it nicely - extremely rude! He couldn't see any problem with the food and raised his eyebrows - what a shocking attitude from a manager. He also went ahead to blame head office for the dry bread and explained that we imagined the chips being undercooked and onion rings burnt and tried justifying it by saying "It is clean oil". Seriously! What a waste of money - with so many decent restaurants I won't ever bother with Wimpy again - and Shaun DEFINITELY made it worse - maybe teach your managers 'The customer is right.." and to treat them with respect and not rolling your eyes at them.
