Bad product

I purchased 2 street wise chicken meals but the chicken received was oily. tough, it had black marks on it and there was a lack of kfc flavour in it. I reported it to the manager to make him aware of the product and he responds with sarcasm. on top serving a terrible product they had no tomato sauce. Where is the manager of this branch?
