I have now had 3 incidents at the KFC drive trough and walk in at the corner of Rietfontein and Norh Rand Road at the East Rand Mall. The food was dry (hamburger, twister and chips), the coke out of the machine was flat and watery. I got a wrong order the last time after giving the order trough 2 or 3 times. The food was also cold and we never received enough napkins or tomato sauce. We work close by and this being the reason for going there. But after the 3rd time I think I will not go their anymore or even take my family their. I never had any of this at any of the other branches. My favorite is at Sunward Park and the other one on North Rand Road accross from Medicross.
