Shabby service from steers head office

After two complaints to steers head office with regard to shabby service at one of their stores< five hours later im still waiting for a response.

whos service was worst . the branch with their loud music in store an no one to sreve you, finally the window cleaner in the store has alot to say, or head office whic h was aware of the problem 10 mins later while i was in mochachos, just never got back to me.
