I am utterly disappointed with the overall experince that i have had with the branch. I was a KFC lover up until yesterday. I have purchased a full meal from the La-lucia branch. Had to repeat my order at least 3 times which is most irritating after a long day at the office. Took home the total opposite order and as i drove all the way home i was not going to drive back. I was missing 1 piece of chicken (extra piece was not there and also my chips. My streetwise 2 had a wing and a drumstick. So 3 of my family members and i had barely a meal. It never used to be like this. The staff are shouting across and giggling and having fun whilst the customers are paying for things they don't even get. I grew up with such happy memories of KFC now i feelsick to think i once even liked kfc.
