Decline in customer experience

The service at the KFC Strubensvalley branch has declined over the past 3 months. Staff have become extremely slow and when it becomes extremely busy the tellers seem to decrease from 2 to 1. If you park and go in, it takes you around 30minutes to get your order and this is without the place being busy. The drive-through area is worse... cars take just as long to pass through.
Please get a manager who can get this place into gear because you will lose a lot of customer to this service from this branch.
