I spent over R150 at this fast food while I was busy enjoying my meal a security comes to me and says I can only eat and drink stuff that was bought at their shop, cause earlier I was in pick & pay so decided to buy a 1litre coke so I can enjoy it with my meal, as soon as the security saw me taking the coke out he asked me to leave the shop cause the drink was not bought there.. Its bad customer service cause I spent over R150 but I was not aloud to eat in peace. I just think if they continue with the way they do things they will lose serious business. Even their drinks selection is limiting, they don't have a variouty. Its like u are forced to buy a drink from them even if its not what you want. Who ever their management is they really need to come up with a new strategy to make money cause this one. You cannot have a security moving around checking what people are eating and ask them to leave when they have something that was not bought in their resturant. I really lost my appitite. They have a policy. I won't buy my hot wings from them again even if it was the last ckicken licken standing. for days.
