About a month ago I complained abouty the same issues, just to be dissapointed again on Thursday night. Went to KFC, first asked for loaded fries and the answer was "Sorry mam I can give you the fries we don't have stock of the sauce". Don't they do stock take and order in advance.
Then changed my order and ordered 2 coleslaw as side items, just to get home and find them only filled halve, also complained about this previously. Why must I pay full price with a container that was only half filled, and this is definitely not the first time. Is this how they increase their profit?
