My husband, 4 year old daughter and I are regular customers at CTFM. We are always welcomed to the store by the hostesses. My daughter loves that she gets her own interchangeable crayon and colour in sheet when she sits down and my teenage nephews love that they can indulge in mocktails at the store.
The managers pop in at every table ensuring visibility and making their customers feel at home. Any issues are addressed discreetly and speedily.
I am highly allergic to mushrooms. They go out of their way to ensure that my veggie meal (when I order one) does not include mushrooms... What better service could I ask for. It is what one would expect anyway isn't it?
To Charl and his team... You guys have only upped your game and other franchises can learn from your store.
