I have had a lot of bad service before, this has been by far my worst experience.
I ordered 2 Pizza's on Saturday 24th August at 18:50. I got an SMS confirming the order was placed and they were working on it. I was also told it will take no longer than 40mins and I can expect my food by 19:40 (I asked for it to be delivered just so that we are all on the same page)
20:10 I called and asked to speak to the manager highly upset as my family and I were starving at that point. She said they were missing in ingredients and it will take another hour to make it. I was highly upset and told Mogadi it's unacceptable as I had been waiting for 1h20m already. She said she will see what she can do. 21:30 I called back absolutely mortified and shocked at what's happening. The excuse this time was there was no driver to drop the pizza's off. We went to KFC instead and had great service.
We were all in bed by 11:15 where the gate buzzer went off for our pizza. None of us even touched the pizza as we were all in bed.
I can't believe that a fast food franchise could have such shocking service. I will NEVER go there again. I will tell everyone i know to avoid that branch like the plague!
