Not responding or keeping their promise

I have logged a complaint a few months back regarding the recind of judgement, Lerato called me expaining that i need an attorney to draw up documents which has been done, after receiving the documents i was told that her manager has to sighn them before i can collect it, its been weeks since the last coneversation ive been sending emails and not getting any response, called the call center was told theey will call me back which did not happen.
