How to Ignore a Custome

I was involved in a car accident with an Integrisure client and am now claiming as the third party. Knowing that this is going to be tedious, I have been trying to make sure I submit all the correct documents and follow the procedure to speed the process up. I finally submitted what I thought were all the documents on the 29 August to Alex Gwamanda. This was after leaving numberious voice mails for Rene to call me to discuss the documents required etc. I then called again and after try number who knows got hold of Alex again who said I needed to submit the documents to Rene. I emailed her asking for a response. Waited 10 days, got nothing, and started the process of calling AGAIN. Spoke to Paul Mantlhase and finally got some guidance regarding documents required and some help. On the 18th I got a response to my secondary set of documents submitted from Paul saying Rene was dealing with it. I emailed Rene, still NO RESPONSE. How hard is it to reply to an email? Or call a client to confirm what is happening???
