On Monday 5 August, my family and I walked into spur hoping to get a table, as with it being Ramadaan, this usualy proves to be difficult. So I put my name on the list and waited contemplating whether to go somewhere else. Then Minaaz came and seated us. Said that there was a table available. And even said that because we regulars she would make sure that we get a table. That in its own impressed us. We got a waiter, Tulanie, who was so friendly, even warned us that the main meal could take longer as everyone is ordering to break their fast at the right time. We ordered a starter and main meal. The starter came quite soon. And we could break our fast. Ten minutes after completing the starter, the manager Muhair came and told us that he sent my husbands steak back, as it wasn't not Spur standard, and that our meal would be ready in 3-5 minutes. So what impressed us was the fact that we hadn't even waited long, and got our meal, which was wonderfully prepared. And the service we recived was wonderful. That's why we will continue to go to this store. Well done guys.
