My family of 5 visited the Grosvenor Crossing Debonairs last week, and we were all keen to try the "triple decker" pizza. Being vegetarian for the next month we asked if we could have the triple decker without the chicken and to replace the chicken with feta. Low and behold - this was outrightly refused, even though we were still going to pay the same price and the volume of feta will be much less than the chicken! No amount of discussion, even with the manager on duty, could change this.
Pity, we were fond of Debonairs and this has left a bad taste in our mouth.
