I was at the Liberty Midlands Mall branch and placed an order at 14:07 at 14: 35 my order was still not in the oven after being told it would take 15 minutes. Another customer before me had demanded a refund of R154 after waiting 25 minutes as wll and other customers number after hers were being called. Clearly the staff and Managemnet do not know what they are doing. This is the third time I had such an experience at this outlet. Very dissappointing
