At 17:51 on 3rd August 2013 my wife place a Pizza and credit card was debited with the money. At 18:44 I called to follow up and after a long wait was told that it was still there and would hopefully be delivered within 18 minutes. Eventually the Pizza arrived at 19:15 almost an hour and half after order was place. For a company who used to deliver in 30 minutes this s disgusting. The worst art is the anger doesn't even take responsibility. It's time to find an alternative and let others know.
