We went through to the Mcd drive through and ordered 5 sundaes and 1 Mcflurry we paid and then got to the window to collect. We were told too park off on the side someone was going to bring the order to us. We waited for more then 20minutes and then when i went back in to query the people were so ignorant and could not even apologise when i asked how can only six ice creams take that long they told us that they have had problems with the machines. They should have told us before we paid there was something wrong and by the time i got the ice creams we had to drink it like milkshakes becuase it was all melted. This is not the first time this has happened we have had been there many times before and because we travel to and fro work with a taxi we order taxi loads and get rubbish service they are always mixing up the order or something is wrong we went last friday and ordered they only informed us after ordering that the swiping machines are not working.
