I went to McDonalds Benoni this evening, Thulasizwe was busy shouting at the staff members who were doing their best but because he was shouting like a maniac and swears at the poor girls, as a result the service was much slower because of his behavior.
He belittles everyone of the stuff members, swears at them and he shows off that he is a manager.
it really hurts that black people treat other blacks the way he does. its no wonder you never see a familiar face at fast food joints because they are being treated like.
the other manager Prisca is just a i must just add, she shouts at people (Nokwazi to be exact) she doesnt even know the names of the people that she works with but when she shouted at Nokwazi i saw her look at me as though she wanted to show me the customer that she is the manager or maybe she wanted to impress me or get approval from me.
Thulasizwe and Prisca you probably got your positions because you have been at McD's for years but dont make your past experiences the problems of the ladies that are trying to get work experience.
You guys need to change you attitude, FAST!
