SOrdered espresso and a Muffin sit down. Espresso fantastic as usual. Muffin served cold with no fork or paper napkin. The issue is the noise level and attitude of the 6 male staff and manager behind the counter. The socialising shouting and behaviour can only be likened to a shabeen or noisey sports pub. This happened over a period of 20 mins. The noise could be heard later at boarding gate C12. This is such a poor reflection of the brand.
