Requested table reserved for party of 18- NO table prepared.. Long time to be served.. Food took ages to arrive.. Orders mixed up.. Piece of cardboard in one person's food... Waitron broke plate tried to make out it was one of the parties fault... I spilt my coffee and NO Waitron came to clean it up, I had to use my own tissues to mop up the mess..Waitrons complained that 10% tip was not enough.. When confronted by Senior Staff member, Waitrons denied saying this... This spoilt my birthday breakfast and left a very sour taste in my mouth...
