KFC forces sides that customers don't want

I used to be able to go to KFC and exchange their mash for coleslaw.

Recently some KFC started charging like R2 for the privilege, but even more recently they have point blank refused to exchange it.

I DON'T WANT the mash, I DO WANT coleslaw. How about giving your customers an option?

Well since you want to be so stubborn and arrogant you have just lost a customer for life. Congratulations, I hope saving 2c was worth it.

KFC is the worst fast food in the entire country besides McDonalds. Do yourself a favour and go to Nandos instead. The quality of their food is far superior and they don't have such a bad attitude as KFC.

KFC should be shut down because they obviously don't know how to deal with customers.
