This is the second time I have had to complain about this branch of KFC. In a hurry this morning, we went to the drive through and ordered. My husband paid and then we were told to please 'park and wait for the eggs to be ready'. What is the point of a drive through if you have to park and wait for your food? We just wasted petrol then by ordering through the drive through. Please, once and for all, sort this branch out.
