While paying for our meals we tasted the Coke (no ice) and Sprite (no ice) and it had an artificial sweetener taste as well as it was flat (no gas). We brought this problem to the cashier's (Beauty) attention and she was just expressionless and not empathetic towards our valid concern. We asked for the manager who was also very similar in attitude saying "that's how the coke and sprite tastes". We stood our ground and said we were not going until they gave us an alternative drink. The cashier reluctantly gave us bottled juice. When I asked the manager for his name, he wanted to know why we wanted his name. Did he have something to hide? This attitude that both employees of McDonald's's displayed is very disturbing. What happened to "the customer is always right"? Not at this McDonald's - here the employees give you what they want to give you - take it or leave it!!!
