Total lack of professionalism and service

Arrived at 5:15pm and was completely ignored by the front desk who was on the phone. Another manager walked right passed me and ignored me as well. I had to eventually ask someone if I could have a table for two and was told nothing was available eventhough half the resturant was empty. No effort was made to bring a table in from outside eventhough there was plenty of space. And they really didn't care if we ate there or not.
