Humiliated!!

Upon calling Fugu at Wembly Sqaure Gardens Cape town I placed an order for a variety of Noodles and Sushi. I was advised by the waitress that I may order from the previously issued menu as they were awaiting the new one's. After about 30 minutes I went to collect the order but when the waiter gave me the bill I was shocked to see that I was charges almost double the amount that was on the menu. I was then told by the 'supervisor' that they just received the new prices and cannot vouch for what the rep said over the phone, I was highly humiliated as I did not have enough cash to cover my order. I would have accepted this should the 'supervisor' had spoken to me in a friendly manner however she was blunt and did not care about the service I received. I've been a loyal customer to Fugu and I'm more than disappointed by what had happened and how I was treated as a customer. I work in customer service myself and would NEVER aim to disappoint a customer like Fugu has.
