Needing lots of help

Trying out the new Burger King was not that great.
On entering Burger King, the manager is standing behind the cashiers hands on his hips, while customers are getting confused on where to place order. when asking one of the guys behind the counter he told me shift change, ( no drawer was removed form the till) manager goes looking for the cashier who is busy making milkshakes for customers who have already placed orders!
waiting for my meal, 4 customers that had placed their order before me, receives theirs. After calling the manager and asking why it is that i have been overlooked 4 time, i was told, " we do not look at docket numbers, but at the amount of items on the docket". mind you, he has been standing by the production line hands behind his back the whole time!
Either your manager was not rained properly, coloured in his certificate in FB management, or just knows how to think out of his very well, but he is of no use!!
children's area needs to be reADVISED, I do not go to a restaurant to run after other people's kids!

Even Spur has a clown sitting in a room the size of our toilet watching the kids!!!

How about letting the management stand in the line???
