Last weekend we purchased two kids meals and extra chips from the Kyalami drive through. After being made to wait in the parking area, we received our order and drive off only to find that the chips was stale and literally orange in colour. We immediately drove back and were told that they did even notice - what nonsense!
Believing that to be an isolated incident, i purchased 2 zinger burgers & chips from San Ridge in Miidrand yesterday. The chips was fine, but the zinger fillets were hard and stale. KFC you are disgusting, what kind of quality control do you have in place? These branches should be reported to the health department as I don't for one moment that it was just my bad luck!
