We stopped there on 1 July 2013 to have lunch. Firstly the food was very bad, my daughter ordered the corn and chicken strips kiddies meal. The corn was dried out to the point it was nearly like popcorn kernels. Our food was cold when it arrived. Then I went the the toilets. On the way there were floor tiles missing out of the floor, the carpet in the kids play area has not been cleaned for a very long time, the toilet doors do not lock and the Air conditioning vents were so filthy that almost no air can pass through them, there was water all over the floor. Shocking to say the least.
There was a staff member walking around spraying air freshener to mask the toilet smell. Fix and clean the toilets regularly and you would not have to have a staff member doing that.
Disgusting is a good word to describe the place.
